I had a chance to sit down with the London Knights General Manager Rob Simpson, it was a great episode with a lot of hockey talk. Rob shares his story of playing hockey and his journey from being a door to door salesman to now being the GM of an OHL hockey team. Rob shares a lot of great information about being a coach, scout, general manager and also being a parent. Some great information on what scouts and teams look for in players and some of the intangibles that elite players possess and develop in order to stay elite. Rob has a ton of hockey knowledge, it was great to chat with him and have him share his experiences. I hope you enjoy the episode.
