This week we were delighted to be joined by Chris Sosa, a New York City Politician who has been vegan for over 15 years. Chris has worked in the New York Democratic Caucus and has been an effective advocate for improvements in New York's policies on Immigration, Incarcerated Individuals, Healthcare, Legal Aid, etc. This quote from his website exhibits his goals for NYC: "I’m running to fight for the rights of every one of my NYC neighbors: well-funded public schools for our kids, affordable and reliable public transportation, green spaces for our families, fair opportunities for housing, employment, access to food and recreation, and healthcare for all."
