Backyard Envy’s James DeSantis Steps Behind The Rope. Back in NYC for a hot minute from Los Angeles, where he moved to expand the ever growing Manscapers Business, James stops by to talk about the current season of the hit Bravo show Backyard Envy. The current season of Backward Envy and everything else. James describes how he and business partners and co-stars Mel and Garrett first met, decided to go into business together and ultimately got their own Bravo show. James talks about how he has crossed paths with some of our favorite Million Dollar Listing Agents - The Josh’s Altman and Flagg, Tracy Tutor and Steve Gold, being in the residential design space and all. Ahh, Steve Gold. Speaking of Bravolebrities, James talks to The Rope about some of his Housewife Friends and Encounters including, but certainly not limited to, Tinsley Mortimer, Dorinda Medley, Countess Luann (he also saw the Cabaret, who hasn’t?), Barbara Kavovit, as well as how Bethenny Frankel “won” Housewives. There were also those backyard landscaping meetings James took with both Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix as well as Kristen Doute. Do tell. He does.
