This week on the Better with Running Podcast, It's race week!

Chris and Zacca prepare for a fun weekend with the run2pb community at the Shepparton Running Festival.

We hear about a challenging week from Chris with a modified session before recharging and getting going for the second half of the week, including a strong long run! Zacca hits a session along the Yarra with Australian running legend Jeff Riseley, before talking about his ghosting experience with his athlete Paul Reason. His training week hits 75ks and he gains momentum as he gets stronger each week.

This week's #teamrun2pb athlete guest is Portia Olsen, after signing up in Oct 2022, with only 2 years of running under her belt, we hear about her running journey under the guidance of run2pb coach Karinna Fyfe. Portia talks us through some of her favourite sessions and her training ahead of the Sydney Half Marathon, before being put under the quick-fire Q&A’s.

The show rounds out with some WR chat, including a big result over the weekend in Edmonton.
