Hi there!

This is part 1 of a 2 part mini series on email marketing sparked by a question I asked my Beyond The Clinic Business Community on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/beyondtheclinicbusiness) back in July. I asked the group about their struggles with email marketing, and the response was insightful.

Most found it challenging to know what to write in your newsletters. So, this week, I'm going to share with you exactly what to write.

We’ll cover the 3 types of emails you need to be sending to your list.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Welcome Sequence:
    • A welcome sequence is a series of emails, essential for making a strong first impression. They help build a connection and establishes you as an authority.
    • Include your story, quirky facts, and establish yourself as a credible expert.
    • Every email must have a link to click to coach your subscriber along a psychological journey towards becoming a buyer.
  2. Nurture Emails:
    • Nurture emails, are your newsletters, and they need to be sent frequently to keep your brand top-of-mind. Long gone are the days of a 'monthly newsletter'.
    • These emails need to be both relatable and specific. I explain how to do that with an example from one of my clients, who is an intuitive eating dietitian.
  3. Sales Campaign Emails:
    • Sales emails have a structured approach and follow a specific format, I share these with you here.

Final Thoughts: Reflect on your current email strategy. Are you emailing with purpose? Use the strategies we discussed to engage your subscribers effectively and move them closer to becoming loyal clients.

Join me next week for part two, where we'll explore strategies to grow your email list and avoid common mistakes with lead magnets. Don't miss it!
