Here's the good news, discipline isn't something you're born with! It's actually a LEARNED skill that we can purposefully increase. The problem is, it's not easy and it often forces us to be uncomfortable. However, that doesn't mean it's out of reach. In this episode we go over 4 questions you can use in order to get through the sticking points of changing your behavior. Be warned, the questions are a bit of a hard pill to swallow, but that's why they're so effective!
