Negative thought loops. Ohhh the time that we spend here. It’s a predicament that we, as parents experiencing alienation, seem to be especially prone to. The psychological environment almost seems to set up for it. Target parents can feel singled out — isolated, persecuted, unsafe. Our hyper vigilance causes our survival brain to run and RErun possible scenarios, scanning for danger. Unless you learn how to manage your mind by interrupting and disengaging this part of your brain, you can end up in a perpetual mental spin cycle. In this episode, I’ll share with you 3 types of negative thought loops that we engage in, along with a few stories of my own experiences. I’ll also offer you the methods I use to overcome each one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This SATURDAY @ 1pmEDT ASK ME ANYTHING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ event will take place in the private FB group.
