How to take care of YOU and YOUR mental health

- UNPLUG: Don't feel guilty about feeling the need to take some time away from everything that is currently going on
- COMMUNITY: Talk to other Black people in your life. Sometimes speaking to people going through the same things can be very helpful
- SOCIAL MEDIA: Curate your social media, have things that make you feel good and happy on your feed
- EMBRACE: Embracing your feelings and understanding that they are valid
- FRIENDSHIPS: Having a good friendship circle can be very important at times like this
- SEEK HELP: If you feel like you need to, do not be afraid to seek help. There is nothing wrong with this.
