D.S. Epps is the author of Tre’Zure Book, Flowin Emotions, Flowin Emotions ll, and Friends & Me. She is also co-author of Pain 2 Passion : Our Valley Experience, and Chocolate & Diamonds for the Woman’s: Soul Celebrating Mothers & Grandmothers. Epps is the Founder of E.E.L Movement- Broken Silence and Freedom Writer’s Youth 2016. She also founded Cultivating Change 2, Inc., an organization dedicated to community outreach, and various donations to shelters and similar organizations in New York and North Carolina. Epps witnessed domestic violence as a child, and later fell victim to the same brutality.
