Today we discuss what are some of the things we are doing during training or our daily lives that exacerbate burnout. From being able to differentiate between overall burnout and "blue belt blues" to how our nutrition, sleep, and water intake impact our performance. As white belts we approach BJJ similar to a New Years Resolution. So today we wanted to address some of the issues that cause us to lose motivation or make us to want to quit jiu jitsu, that may not be BJJ related at all.
