In today's interview we get to sit down with Iva Liou, a purple belt out of Houston, Texas. Iva is not only a BJJ competitor as she recently opened Texas Garage Jiu Jitsu, is a territory business manager for Michelin and an MBA student. All the while balancing her career and BJJ to be a loving wife and mother. In this episode we talk about how she and her family dealt with shutdowns, finding a new gym during this time, deciding to open their own gym, and getting back on the competition mats.
