ADV Training Part 1

If you want to go fast, this is the blog for you. You don’t want to wait months and months before you can start building that financial wall up. You want to get it done right now.

This is your advanced model and training designed for those who want to go fast. You can become a Diamond Organo Gold distributor within six months.

We’ll start with some basic definitions.

Dual Team

You have two teams, one of the right, and one of the left. It starts with the first people you enroll. These are not customers, these are people you recruit into the business.

This design is geared toward new business. All of the new business goes through the dual team. When someone gets started all of their business is new business.

Dual Team = New Business

What does new business include?

1. All of the packs. Bronze, Silver or Gold.

2. Upgrading to a higher pack.

3. All first orders.

20/20 Plan

When you’re thinking about the dual team and you want to build business and build it fast, here’s the plan: your goal for the first six months is to sponsor twenty personally enrolled distributors on your right, and twenty on your left. It’s called the 20/20 plan. This is how you can achieve Diamond in record time.

Remember the reality. Within your first 20, 6 – 8 of those people are going to quit, but don’t give up.

6 – 8 are going to incubate. They may have all the potential, but they won’t do much and engage. Don’t pressure the incubator, they’ll quit. What you do is keep in touch and let them know over time what’s happening. They just might not be ready. Don’t pressure them. When they’re ready, they will engage.

The last 6 - 8 will completely engage. They’ll make their lists, learn the steps and keep it up. 90% of your time should be with these engagers.

2 – 4 of these engagers will go big. They’ll keep growing, even beyond you! You aren’t penalized for this, you’re actually rewarded!

Uni-level

Every time you sponsor someone, it starts a new leg of business. Everyone within that business, down to infinity, is part of your uni-level tree. The uni-level represents the monthly reorders and all the autoships.

Ranking

If you are personally engaged, and you have a personally sponsored distributor on the left and right that are also engaged, your minimum rank will be qualified consultant.

To rank to Sapphire, you have to have two personally sponsored, not distributors, but consultants, on the right and two on the left. You volume must be a minimum of 14,000 CV. No more than 40% can come from one personally sponsored leg of business.

To reach Ruby, you need three consultants on each side. A minimum of 40,000 CV and no more than 40% can come from one leg of business.

Emerald requires four on each side with a minimum of 80,000 CV.

Diamond requires five on right and left and a minimum of 200,000 CV.

Do the maximum you can. Follow the 20/20 plan.

It’s easy, it’s simple, it’s coffee.
