We’ve turned intuition into a buzzword—flattened it into a slogan, a gut feeling, or a vague whisper we don’t always know how to hear. But what if intuition is so much more? What if it's one of the most powerful tools we have—and we’ve just forgotten how to use it? In this episode, I’m joined by Hrund Gunnsteinsdóttir , Icelandic thought leader, filmmaker, and author of InnSæi: Icelandic Wisdom for Turbulent Times . Hrund has spent over 20 years studying and teaching the science and art of intuition through her TED Talk, Netflix documentary (InnSæi: The Power of Intuition), and global work on leadership, innovation, and inner knowing. Together, we explore what intuition really is (hint: not woo-woo), how to cultivate it in a culture obsessed with logic and overthinking, and why your ability to listen to yourself might be the most essential skill you can develop. In This Episode, We Cover: ✅ Why we’ve misunderstood intuition—and how to reclaim it ✅ Practical ways to strengthen your intuitive muscle ✅ What Icelandic wisdom teaches us about inner knowing ✅ How to use intuition during uncertainty and decision-making ✅ Why trusting yourself is an act of rebellion (and power) Intuition isn’t magic—it’s a deep, internal guidance system that already exists inside you. The question is: are you listening? ×It's usually not good when you hear voices. In the riveting conclusion of Blast of the Dragon's Fury, not only does Andy hear a voice, but the voice talks back. After all he's been through on his adventure, is he finally losing it?
An ear-piercing scream shatters the silence of the castle. As Andy and Alden investigate, they watch Razen, the king's taster, disappear into the dungeons. Pursuit draws into question this official's loyalty to the king and after Alden mysteriously disappears, Andy finds himself facing the seven-headed, fire-breathing dragon alone to save the king. Will he succeed?…
After a perilous ride back to the castle, Andy and Alden discover things are quiet...too quiet. A note and a conversation with a stone statue who has magically come to life, reveal Oomaldee's enemy has overrun the castle. What will they do?
Andy and Alden finally reach the caves of the red dragons, but danger lies in wait, licking its chops, as the boys search for an elusive scale. And danger will have its way as things really heat up.
Ever battle a real dragon? Neither have Andy or Alden and they're about to pit their wits against this wiley menace. Who will win? What scars will the victor come away with?
With torrential rains falling on the land, a raging river stands between Andy and Alden and their objective. Not to worry, for Glaucin, a merman, comes to the rescue. But aide will not come easily, for the boys must first correctly answer a difficult riddle. Will they guess the answer before Andy's impatience drives the merman away?…
When Andy and Alden flee from pursuers into the haunted Forest of Giants, they get more than they bargained for - mammoth trees that hurl them to the feet of hungry giants, scratchy poison ivy, and a bellowing seven-headed fire and poison breathing, winged dragon. What to do?
Seemingly hospitable innkeepers extend an invitation for Andy and Alden to spend the night at Village Bed and Breakfast, but this inn has a host of surprises waiting... and they're not the good kind.
Methuselah, the sword of legend that has not been seen for centuries, appears to Andy to help him on his quest. So when Andy discovers he has misplaced the blade, he knows he is in deeper do-do than ever before. What will he do?
Before he leaves on his epic quest, Andy receives a note addressed to Andy, Son of Smith, He Who Shall Overcome His Fear. Someone holds the confidence Andy lacks, but while the author is not volunteering for the mission, they gift him with a tool, one he will find can save his very life. What could it be?…
What's that saying? Sometimes it's better not to know? When Andy learns the danger and peril he will face to retrieve the scale of a red dragon, he fears the end will not turn out well, for his experience battling said creatures is confined to video games. What will he do?
When Andy discovers a vulture-man, a transforming agent of Oomaldee's enemy, is attempting to shoot his best friend with a poison dart, he must act. How will it end?
Dragon trainers are a gruff, unkempt lot and when Andy must weasel information critical to the success of his quest out of one, he finds himself in for more than he bargained.
Purple Turtles, Smooch, Raising the Dead, Gregor and the Giants - these are just a few of the bands playing at the festival of Oomaldee, an annual two week extravaganza. But the fun turns serious when Oomaldee's enemy shows itself in a very unexpected way.
Curses! How in the world is Andy supposed to break the one holding the land of Oomaldee hostage? Andy finds out, and the news is not good.
