What insight on the mind Rachel shares about that "label on your back" and the need to rip it off. She shares about her childhood and being "labeled" a "slow learner" due to being "different" in that she needed to read aloud. This label had her spiraling until she took courses in NLP and from there, she learned the need to change the mindset from within.
Rachel shares that your brain takes in 90000 and apparently 80000 are negative thoughts or things we don't want to happen. And it will only retain 5 to 9 of those things and discard the rest.
From this to learning behaviors, NLP, and Time Line Therapy, Rachel explained the techniques she uses to help her clients become empowered and growth - breaking their limiting beliefs.
Along with Rachel sharing her own story, from graphic designer to coach, she also explains her reasons for choosing to become a Certified Domestic Violence Victims Advocate.
Thank you, Rachel.
