Ephesians 4: 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were sealed (marked, branded as God’s own, secured) for the day of redemption (of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin).

Ephesians 1:13-14 In Him you also who have heard the Word of Truth, the glad tidings (Gospel) of your salvation, and have believed in and adhered to and relied on Him, were stamped with the seal of the long-promised Holy Spirit.

John 14:17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.

Luke 11:11-13 11 What father among you, if his son asks for [a]a loaf of bread, will give him a stone; or if he asks for a fish, will instead of a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, evil as you are, know how to give good gifts [gifts [b]that are to their advantage] to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask and [c]continue to ask Him!

Acts 2:4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[1] as the Spirit enabled them.

1 Corinthians 12:11All these [gifts, achievements, abilities] are inspired and brought to pass by one and the same [Holy] Spirit, Who apportions to each person individually [exactly] as He chooses.
