Being elite in your market means you have to differentiate yourself.
John cites that OE certification is the #1 way to do so but also emphasizes the importance of meeting people where they are at and focusing on what they need emotionally in that moment.
We discuss several ways other shops are differentiating themselves to give you ideas. After creating a differentiator you need to market that so the general public knows!
