Louie Sharp, owner of Sharp Auto Body talks to us today about the keys to his success. As a former marine his mindset shift completely changed his life and his business.

In coaching he starts with the owner. For every business owner, Louie shares that you have to work on YOU first before working on the business.
He believes our business is our spiritual practice - how we serve & help people and we shouldn't take it for granted. The marines gave him:
#1 - Self Esteem - He could do things he didn't think he could.
#2 - Heart of service
Take the time to know the people and know the stories to be able to care for your customers.
If you start with love - you will be amazed at what happens. Send them blessings, abundance and love and you'll be amazing at how everything in your life will change. When you start with love, love doesn't know the boundaries of the "rules" or the b.s. we typically deal with.
Music from the heart touches the heart. Anything that comes from your heart will touch another heart.
