Nothing is impossible, listeners. Improbable? Unlikely? Sure, but never impossible. Between the eight (!) scripts that slowly mutated a fantasy comedy into a cyberpunk thriller-- then tried to walk it back at the last minute, the truly stellar makeup and animatronic work, a cast no version of this movie deserved, and an unforgettable cityscape that rivals the best sci-fi worlds of the 90's, there's plenty more to this bob-omb than you've been led to believe, and if Cody can avoid dying from fungal poisoning before the end of the commentary, you might hear it all! So grab your THWOMP boots, cover up your framed photo of Bob Hoskins, and get ready to trust mushrooms with your mortal soul, because Box Office Pulp is here to walk the dinosaur... whatever it is that means.
