BYOB is proud to present... our Tolkien mini-series!
We will be releasing a new episode exploring each instalment of the Lord of the Rings series every week until September 8th - just in time for Amazon's new show, The Rings of Power. Last week we discussed the first half of The Fellowship of the Ring, so naturally today's episode will be focusing on the second half .
Because Tolkien originally intended for this trilogy to be broken up into six parts (or books), we will be discussing the series in that manner with two episodes per novel. So, in this episode, we will be talking about Book 2, 'The Ring Goes South'; or, alternatively, from the chapter entitled 'Flies and Spiders' to the end of the novel.
(TL;DR: We're only going to be talking about the second half of The Fellowship of the Ring, ok? Ok!)
