He holds a master's degree from the Naval Postgraduate School's Center for Homeland Defense and Security, where he received the Outstanding Thesis Award. Colonel Rempfer played a pivotal role in addressing the controversial anthrax vaccine mandate, advocating for the rights of service members and exposing systemic failures within military health policies. He is the author of "Unyielding: Marathons Against Illegal Mandates," a book dedicated to his colleague Lieutenant Colonel Russ Dingell. Colonel Rempfer continues to champion integrity and justice in military operations.
