Seth: Cashville sure has seen better days. Everyone wants to imagine the economic drought will be over but they know too well. Seth has taken the city under his wing. Slowly he will rebuild Cashville, replacing the gas lamps with electric lights. Installing ATMs and setting up tourist trap bars. Hopefully one day Seth will complete his dream and see Cashville turn into a Debtropolis!
