About Sharon:

Sharon Green is a Chartered Fellow CIPD (the UK professional body for people professions), has an MA (Human Resource Management), Post Grad Dip. In Health Education and a BA (Hons) in English. Sharon is a trained coach, project and programme manager and professional interim consultant. Sharon founded her company Chiara Consultancy over 15 years ago following a successful, cross-sector career as a project, people and change management specialist. Her consultancy helps clients, change, innovate and maximise the power of their people.

Sharon works with clients from startups to global corporates and specialises in people change projects, from large scale transformations to smaller-scale change initiatives that require a focus on technology, the employee experience and comms and engagement skills.

One of Sharon’s passion projects and side hustle is running a global LinkedIn community of over 1430 independent people consultants, coaches and interims, the HR Interim Networking Group. In the spirit of #payitforward, this group shares leads, good practice, support and collaborates.
