Mental Toughness Podcast April 2009 - Ben McGuire who is Regional General Counsel for the Virgin group and is personal legal advisor to Sir Richard Branson. He advises the Virgin group on the legal aspects of its investments in Australia and Asia Pacific, and is responsible for negotiating deals to establish, operate and restructure Virgin’s businesses in industries ranging from aviation to financial services. He is a specialist negotiator and runs training programs to help business people hone their negotiation skills. He is also a keen swimmer, and successfully swam a solo crossing of the English Channel in 2006.
