Digital Marketing is not a new phenomenon. Businesses, especially big business houses, and businesses in the IT/digital domain, have been marketing using digital methods for quite some time now. However, Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs had been rather reluctant to utilise digital marketing because of various fears and misconceptions.
However, post the Covid pandemic, digital adoption has become a must if businesses have to succeed in the long term.
