RealtyTrac’s, annual foreclosure report for 2015 is out. RealtyTrac’s year-end foreclosure report is a unique count of properties with a foreclosure filings during the year based on publicly recorded and published foreclosure filings collected in more than 2,500 counties nationwide. The report highlights some trends that may illuminate the activity to expect in 2016.
