Host Sherri Snelling celebrates September Healthy Aging Month by talking to two experts using entertaining ways to help older adults keep their brains and bodies in shape. She first talks to neuroscientist Henry Mahncke who is CEO of Posit Science, creators of brainHQ brain exercise programs to enhance cognitive performance. Then Sherri talks to Mark Evin, CEO of Jintronix, an online health platform using gamification to help older adults with rehabilitation and body strength using virtual skiing, soccer and even gardening. Our bonus interview in celebration of New York and Paris Fashion Weeks this month is with fashion designer, Cara Sumpton, co-founder of Apparelmark and lead designer for the Joe & Bella adaptive clothing line.
