In this episode of Chalk My Back! the boys cover some of the most recent updates from Absolute Recomp from barbells being taken from the powerlifting section to some of the members talking about what the current climate and culture is like at AR. We also discuss what the owner is doing to fix the problems that are being addressed and give you guys our two cents or whatever about the matter. We also talk about the options that arise from gym competition and how this could create more gyms in the area that means competition means better gyms for lifters. Also we have a brief mention of the Texas State Championships where one of Anas's lifters Brain won best lifter and was given a competition eleiko barbell as a prize, showing that USAPL Texas is stepping up the types of prizes given out at local meets. Does Abe finally decide to do a competition to earn his eleiko barbell? Will Anas make the switch to Powerlifting America? Josh is going USPA and buying a deadlift and squat bar?
