Anne Benedict is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Infor. Ms. Benedict has global responsibility for ensuring that Infor, one of the world’s largest cloud software companies, is able to attract, select and manage the talent required for the business and its customers. Ms. Benedict leads the human resources function for 17,000 employees in over 60 countries. Ms. Benedict has over 20 years of global (Toronto, Paris, NYC) human resources experience, including 10 years of consulting at Mercer, organizational development roles at Disney-ABC, as well as 9 years of talent management and HR responsibilities in marketing services at Interpublic Group. Her breadth of experience across HR disciplines – such as recruiting, talent management, operations and compensation – brings a holistic approach to managing talent. Ms. Benedict graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from McGill University and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo. She teaches Talent Development at the NYU Wagner School of Public Policy. She is the vice chair of an NYC non-profit called Futures and Options that prepares disadvantaged youth for careers and internships. She also sits on two advisory boards supporting McGill University. She is bilingual in French and English.
