Heidi and Ellen are together again after a short absence. They talk about the joy and sadness that arises when we return to homes we once lived in; last Sunday’s Academy Awards (they both loved them); and recent movies they have seen including the Zone of Interest and Dune 2.

They then take a question from Paige. Paige has two children under the age of 3 and has loved being a stay at home mom. But finances and a desire to make her mark are pushing Paige back into the working world. She has so many ideas but has analysis paralysis. Her three constants are that she wants to work for herself; she wants to make the world a better place; and she wants to be creative.

Ellen mentions the books How To Write One Song by Jeff Tweedy and The Artists Way by Julia Cameron.
