In this episode of Chasing the Insights, I talk to health guru Falyn Morningstar.

Falyn talks to us about introspection about pillars of health.

Falyn Morningstar - Through personal challenges and a lack of support from traditional western practitioners, Falyn struggled with various health concerns like digestive discomfort, insomnia, fatigue, hair loss, muscle soreness, an irregular cycle, and emotional eating.

However, her journey led her to discover the transformative power of eastern modalities. Delving into Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, she gained profound insights that inspired her to become a certified Practitioner herself.

Delving further into her well-being, Falyn found support and addressed difficulties related to sexual and childhood trauma, attachment, anxiety, iron dysregulation, and thyroid imbalances.

Having experienced the frustration and loneliness of feeling like something was always missing, she now guides curious and driven health-minded women on a similar journey toward wholeness and vibrancy.

Her approach is integrative and holistic, using functional lab testing, meditation, sonic healing, and somatic tools to help women reconnect with their inner power, vitality, and pleasure. Falyn embraces the motto "Heal Together, Rise Together."
