This week I’m joined by my first ever returning guest, Mr Sharif Lawton. We get into some common nutrition myths that might be holding you back from your physique goals and why they need to be debunked once and for all.

For those of you that haven’t yet checked out episode 015, Sharif is London’s premier body transformation coach as well as one of my best mates.

If you’re a bit baffled by all the contradicting information that’s thrown around regarding nutrition, weight loss, healthy eating, and you’re determined to take control of your body composition and health goals once and for all, this is the episode for you.
