  Ingredients:
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz red wine
  • Ice
• Instructions:
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Using a spoon, float the red wine over the top of the cocktail.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist, if desired.
