We’re baaaack! Did you miss us? 💁🏼‍♀️

We feel refreshed and ready to dive back into podcasting after our little hiatus, so let’s start with a brand-new episode of Dear Krachel!

If you’re new to Clarity on Fire, Dear Krachel is a monthly advice segment where we answer listener questions about life, career, relationships, existential angst, and anything that helps you become a more whole, fulfilled version of yourself.

This month we answered questions from:

  • Naked & Afraid, who left the corporate world and has been teaching yoga and freelancing for the last 8 years! The lifestyle freedom has been great, but the financial ups and downs have gotten to her. She thinks she’s ready to transition back into a more traditional job, but she’s afraid of giving up her freedom. What advice do we have for going back to the corporate world?

  • Laura, a Thriver and people-pleaser whose company is open to paying for professional development. She’s interested in taking a course, but worried that if she does, her company might take that the wrong way — she doesn’t want to get pushed down a new career path or asked to take on extra responsibilities. How can she pursue growth without sending the message that she wants to take on more work?

  • No Man’s Protégé, a Firestarter whose boss is the CEO of a small start-up. He’s decided to mentor her — AKA, try to turn her into another version of him — and she’s not down with that. Then again, maybe there’s something she could learn from someone in his position, if she could just get over her frustration with him? How should she navigate this tricky dynamic with an overbearing boss?

Come leave a comment after you’ve listened to share how our advice for these listeners resonated with you!
