It is important to identify not only barriers to health and fitness but also the motivators that help people get to where they want to be. We are hoping to bring some potential solutions through Clinically Pressed but these are so key for both people trying to get health and fit but also for the people that serve them. We did a small mini-review to help identify and discuss them.
