While we waited there, we have no idea what we can do and how we can start the new semester at the University. The University of course cannot help students a lot and they cannot provide enough information to students, so the only thing they can do is just tell the students we understand your situation, and we want to try our best to help you but certainly, we cannot find appropriate way to solve your problem.
