  • .75 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 dash simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters

Steps:

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
