As a person who has struggled with depression for many years of my life AND parent of children and teens who have also experienced depression, I’ll tell you – this journey isn’t an easy one.

Childhood depression is a difficult situation to manage. We watch our children, full of life and excitement, diminish to these kids who stay to themselves, don’t interact much with others, and find it difficult to socialize, even with those whom they socialized with before.

In this podcast, we unpack the science behind SAD and depression. This is especially relevant during the holiday season.

As a special gift to you, you get access to two bonuses this week! Visit my freebie page at https://www.comehometopeace.com/resources to download the two guides you'll find at the top of the page - How to Say No and Coping With Depression.

💚 Please, my friends, if you can relate to the feelings that we talk about today, don't suffer alone. Reach out and schedule a free call ASAP. I may not be the person you need, but I can help you find the help you need. 💚
