In our 3rd episode of the series we interview Dave Horton, former Co-Director of ACE (Action in Caerau and Ely - www.aceplace.org) on the story of how a small community-based organisation in the west of Cardiff has grown in size and impact through its application of an Asset-Based Community Development approach, synthesising principles also from Community Organising, to work with local residents to build connections, social capital, pride and belonging in the area and wider impacts on the determinants of health and wellbeing.
