Hi, everyone! Thank you for joining me for today’s solo episode to discuss confidence and self love. Oftentimes we can find ourselves attaching our self worth to different things in our lives, and that is not the proper way to love yourself. We need to find a way to be proud of and love ourselves without any buts.
Weekly Fav: Something that I have been loving this week is studying Stoicism. I’m in a place currently where I need to stop getting in my own way and stoicism is really helping me focus on what I can control.
75 Hard Update: Currently, I am on day 60, but I just got back from a vacation where there were lots of opportunities to drink. At first, I was viewing my inability to drink as a restriction, but I learned to change my mindset to be more motivating. I am choosing not to drink, not being forced to not drink.
