Today we are focusing on finding peace in your week by theming your days.
Before we get into theming your days for a more peaceful week I wanted to share a coach training programme that I am currently wrapping up and to let you know that there is an opportunity for coaches to sign up for the April cohort. Positive Intelligence is the framework taught by Shirzad Chamine and in the grant programme you are able to explore in great depth and detail what this framework is first for yourself, and then if you wish to continue, there is more learning available about the model to bring this into your coaching practice.

  • Reduce stress
  • It helps you work on-purpose, and avoid working by accident, perhaps reacting to other people's agenda.

5 simple steps to batch your days

1. Make a list of tasks that need to be done at least weekly.

2. Group them together into categories or themes that make sense to you.

3. Assign each category a dedicated day of the week.

4. Try out your schedule.

5. Assess and tweak as necessary.
