Performance Reviews are a misunderstood facet of a company’s performance management cycle.

You may have already implemented them and love how they help grow and develop the talent on your team.

You might think they’re an unnecessary formality from the corporate HR world.

Or (and I suspect this is a lot of you) you might be somewhere in the middle, doing a quasi-formal year-end meeting where some feedback is given, but it quickly devolves into a compensation negotiation or a bitch and moan fest (not ideal 😬.)

Wherever you sit on this spectrum, I promise you’ll get a tonne from this episode, where we outline exactly why you need to start doing them (if you’re not already) and how to get started.

To help me, I’m joined by one of our amazing Breakthrough Academy coaches, Ashley Ennis. Ashley’s been with BTA since 2017 and has helped hundreds of our members implement performance reviews that their teams are pumped for.

So if you want to develop your people faster, create leaders within your business, and foster a culture of transparency and data-driven feedback, listen to this episode.
