One of Lenja's core concepts is marcareting, which is how we can apply empathy to marketing and to ourselves (the two are interconnected). She’s created the 1452 self-coaching method to help you take care of yourself, so you can take care of other people. Lenja talks about this method during the show.
Back in 2017, Lenja shared a stage with Gary Vee, Bill Murray and the Freakonomics guys during a conference in Bucharest. In this episode, she talks about how she used to avoid bragging about experiences like this and how she's grown since then.
