This week the CB duo dives into the thing most millennials don't get enough of ... self-care! Divya and Ravisha get what it's like to be pulled in a hundred directions - and know that many ways that people discuss self-care can be expensive. They bust the idea that self-care has to be luxurious by defining what exactly self-care really is.

They start by discussing why self-care can be so uncomfortable and sharing their own feelings of guilt, shame, and anxiety that they've had around practicing self-care. They reflect on cultural intersections and how that plays into their narrative of self care.

The CB duo then shares what it's like to not have "enough" time or money for self-care - a common struggle for many people. They share some research backed self-care ideas as well as their own experiences that have helped in creating time for some free (or low budget) self-care.
