I took a long hard look at my relationship with Fear and I realized I had inadvertently signed an unspoken agreement, and was allowing Fear to write the narrative. I stopped believing the lies it fed me that it was protecting me when in reality Fear was cheating on me and cheating me out of knowing my Authentic self. Chances are you may be in a toxic relationship with Fear too. So I wrote him a "Dear John" letter and took my keys back.
