Are negative experiences from your past preventing you from thriving today?

Like many, I didn’t realize how past negative or traumatic experiences were affecting my present life, and I felt stuck in a cycle of distress. I had created a cycle of self-sabotaging I didn’t even realize.

In today’s episode, my good friend and personal resiliency coach Lisa Pinney joins me to discuss how we all can take steps towards healing with practical tools and techniques to help you regain control over your life. We want to help you learn how to process, heal, and move on from the pain so that you can find peace, joy and clarity in life.

Some of what we discuss is like a coaching session:

•identifying Self-Care Strategies to Promote Positive Emotional Well-Being.

•facing pain of past experiences, ways to cope with negative experiences.

•importance of self awareness of our emotional needs, being reflective and doing the heart work

•recognize how we reinforce negative experiences by repeating them in my every day conversations.

•why we cannot ignore or avoid painful emotions or memories

•common false or limiting beliefs

•recognizing the inner critic that “should” do this or that

•recognize unhealthy coping strategies such as self-protection, self-sabotaging, procrastination…

•what negative story are you telling yourself

•what is motive behind behavior or actions

•how to get curious about how you are feeling

Spiritual growth and emotional wellness are connected.
