The Leine Basso thrillers are DV’s second thriller series featuring a strong female protagonist, the first features Kate Jones.
DV shares the story setup for CARGO and explains how she selects the themes she covers in the books.
DV recently returned from the Writers Police Acadamy in Wisconsin. She shares her thoughts and some stories from the conference, which is a hands-on, interactive and educational event allowing writers to improve their understanding of all aspects of law enforcement and forensics.
