70% of people are struggling with leaky gut and most don't even know it!!

In this episode, I give the 4 R's to healing leaky gut....Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, and Repair.

It is important to take your health into your own hands and repair your leaky gut because if left untreated, it can turn into an auto-immune disease and possibly even cancer. 80% of your immune system is in your gut so if you have leaky gut, you have a weakened immune system. Listen to your body and start today getting to root of all of the other symptoms you are experiencing!

READ THIS: Three things that I recommend to REMOVE got cut off somehow in the recording. These three things are processed foods, fried foods and refined sugars. I am bummed because these three things are the most important ones to eliminate during your healing journey.

Leaky Gut Smoothie:

Glutamine (powder or throw in capsules)

Frozen Aloe Vera (or any of your choice)

Collagen or protein with collagen in it (2 scoops)

Fiber powder or ground flax (1 tsp)

1/2 avocado

Frozen berries of your choice (1 cup)

1/2 banana (optional)

1-2 cups of oat milk (depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
