In today’s episode, Kelley and Casey review The 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington. This book talks about how we’ve all been doing planning for our personal and professional lives wrong – we’ve got to stop thinking in 1 year periods and switch to 12 weeks. Shorter periods of time allow us to drive urgency to accomplish our goals, see results quicker, celebrate more often, execute on an effective plan, and steward our time WAY more strategically. We share our favorite nuggets, how we’d use it in our own lives, and how we’d rate it and recommend it to others. Thanks for listening to this quarter’s book review!
