Welcome to Episode 10 of the Cultivating Success podcast where we're joined by Dr. Mychal Beebe. Dr. Beebe is currently in private practice and is the co-owner of Areté Chiropractic in Portsmouth, NH. In 2015, she was awarded a Diplomate in the Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) through the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) and specializes in Blair Upper Cervical care to stabilize the spine, with a specialty in headaches and head + neck injury. Dr. Beebe currently serves as the Vice President of the Council on Upper Cervical Care (CUCC) and serves on the Board of Directors for the International Chiropractic Association and the Blair Upper Cervical Society as the Director of Research.
Throughout this episode, Dr. Beebe and Dr. Bremner discuss the importance of knowing yourself and getting clear about your principles and how being involved in your profession allows you to develop yourself as a person and as a doctor. They also talk about why research and research development is so important to the chiropractic community, how you can get involved in doing your own research, plus the importance of a good associate/doctor relationship, the difference between sales and marketing (and why you need to be good at both!), and how collaborative care gets people better faster. All of this and more in today's episode, enjoy!
