If the price is right, your listing will sell. Have the courage to continually speak on what the market feedback is, even if it’s not what your vendors want to hear.

A tool that may help bring unrealistic prices down is throughout the campaign be sure to show your vendors weekly comparables in the area. Always reflecting to them what the market is doing. This may help if the property doesn’t sell at auction, and you need to price it.

A good agent will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear.
